Bespoke Recovery would provide clients with both a Workplace recovery facility and an IT replacement service where equipment is either shipped directly to your clients site or installed within our recovery sites for you. The services provided are;
| • 5 Workplace Recovery positions including networked PCs, Desks, Seats and telephones within an ICM Recovery Centre • Ship to site IT recovery for up to 4 servers • Internet connectivity • Access to 1 x fax, 1 x photocopier, 1 x printer • 4 hour response • 30 day maximum invocation period • 2 test days • 1 Year affiliate membership of the Business Continuity Institute • 1 day Business Continuity planning induction course • Invocation procedures manual on CD • Continuity site guide on CD • Critical Document storage facilities |
