Graham’s key role is to develop long term relationships with our clients as an account manager and to ensure we continue to offer the highest level of service to our customers. This is done by providing a proactive service to our clients as opposed to a reactive one and makes sure that we are there to manage our client’s needs in a coordinated and timely manner.

Over recent years Graham has been an I.T. Manager for a large UK insurance company and has significant experience in running an effective I.T. department. He has strong experience in setting up and running small businesses and can offer insight into the commercial aspects of I.T. planning, revenue generation and cost reduction.

In over 20 years in the I.T. industry his skill set ranges from Project Management as a Prince 2 Practitioner to consultancy on business continuity management.
